About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the organization's cloud strategy and roadmap
- Identify opportunities to leverage cloud services for improved efficiency, agility, and cost savings
- Architect and design cloud-based solutions that align with business and technical requirements
- Develop scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures
- Plan, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure including compute, storage, and networking components
- Develop and enforce cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures
- Assess existing IT systems and develop strategies for migrating to the cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance on cloud architecture and best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure components in the cloud
- Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment
- Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified Architect are desirable
