About the role
- Partnering closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Supporting the Certinia Lead Administrator in management, optimization, and governance of the Certinia platform.
- Act as the primary liaison between business functions and IT, ensuring system capabilities align with operational objectives.
- Partake in recurring stakeholder discovery sessions with Finance, Operations, and Services leaders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar PSA systems.
- 3+ years of business analyst experience in enterprise systems environments.
- Proven ability to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Experience writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience supporting UAT and system implementations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
