About the role

  • Partnering closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Supporting the Certinia Lead Administrator in management, optimization, and governance of the Certinia platform.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between business functions and IT.
  • Developing and maintaining a rolling Certinia roadmap by synthesizing stakeholder feedback, usage trends, and strategic business objectives.
  • Creating process maps, data flows, and solution design documentation.
  • Developing test strategies, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to business users.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar PSA systems.
  • 3+ years of business analyst experience in enterprise systems environments.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Experience writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Hands-on experience supporting UAT and system implementations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
