About the role
- Partnering closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Supporting the Certinia Lead Administrator in management, optimization, and governance of the Certinia platform.
- Serving as the primary liaison between business functions and IT.
- Developing and maintaining a rolling Certinia roadmap by synthesizing stakeholder feedback, usage trends, and strategic business objectives.
- Creating process maps, data flows, and solution design documentation.
- Developing test strategies, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to business users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar PSA systems.
- 3+ years of business analyst experience in enterprise systems environments.
- Proven ability to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Experience writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience supporting UAT and system implementations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
