About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical team through deployment of a project in ServiceNow
  • Work with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to guide client decisions
  • Understand and explain industry and ServiceNow best practices
  • Conduct demos and working sessions with the client
  • Gather requirements from the client
  • Identify gaps or weaknesses in customer processes
  • Draft Agile stories from business requirements
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
  • 4-6 years' experience as a Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst
  • Experience gathering business requirements for ServiceNow configuration
  • Experience explaining ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholders
  • Experience with ITIL framework
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow as an administrator
  • ServiceNow System Admin Certification
  • Ability to travel 10%
