About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical team through deployment of a project in ServiceNow
- Work with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to guide client decisions
- Understand and explain industry and ServiceNow best practices
- Conduct demos and working sessions with the client
- Gather requirements from the client
- Identify gaps or weaknesses in customer processes
- Draft Agile stories from business requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
- 4-6 years' experience as a Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst
- Experience gathering business requirements for ServiceNow configuration
- Experience explaining ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholders
- Experience with ITIL framework
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow as an administrator
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification
- Ability to travel 10%
