About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Ensure delivery quality through strong architecture, clear standards, and proactive risk management.
Partner across AppDev, Data, and Cloud practices to maintain alignment on delivery models and technology direction.
Support Presidio’s digital roadmap through standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Solution Owners on scoping, delivery estimates, and proposals.
Balance hands-on technical leadership with effective delivery management to achieve business outcomes.
Manage and coach a team of engineers and architects, fostering accountability, learning, and collaboration.
Promote modern engineering practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Represent Presidio in client architecture discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of software or product engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
Proven success delivering cloud-native or hybrid applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong technical foundation in Java, C#, Python, Node.js, React, or Angular.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless architectures.
Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
Understanding of automation and AI integration in modern engineering workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains.
Must be a US Citizen and ability to obtain government security clearance.
