About the role
- Provide guidance and organizational financial direction to Presidio’s Services Practice leadership
- Partner with business to develop and facilitate financial forecasts and strategy
- Ensure a timely and accurate financial close for the practice(s) they support
- Present analysis and recommendations for the business based on results
- Coordinate the work efforts with and manage several employees
- Create detailed budgets and manage the budget with discipline and controls
- Establish key business metrics and KPIs to measure business performance
- Partner with broader FP&A, Accounting teams to support financial modeling, monthly close, reporting, and ad-hoc projects
- Develop and manage a high-performing FP&A team that supports the Services business units
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- MBA strongly preferred; CPA/CFA certification a plus
- Minimum of 10-15 years of related work experience
- At least 5 years of FP&A or finance business partnership experience within a Professional Services, Managed Services or Cloud organization
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing people, leading and managing high-performing teams
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with planning applications such as Hyperion, OneStream; visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (including V lookup, pivot tables, etc).
