About the role
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of CCaaS and hybrid contact center solutions, including Cisco Webex Contact Center, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud CX, and Five9
- Support the development of AI-enabled customer experiences using tools such as Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, and Microsoft Copilot frameworks
- Help integrate contact center platforms with CRM, analytics, and workforce systems under guidance from senior engineers
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions and learn how business needs translate into technical solutions
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation across multi-vendor environments
- Support documentation efforts, runbooks, and knowledge-base materials
- Learn best practices for cloud-first design, automation, and scalable architectures
- Collaborate closely with project managers, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional, internship, or military experience
- Basic understanding of contact center concepts (voice, chat, IVR, omnichannel)
- Exposure to at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) through coursework, labs, or internships
- Familiarity with basic programming or scripting concepts (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Understanding of APIs and REST concepts (academic or hands-on exposure is sufficient)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
