About the role
- Manage the deal review process for our Commercial Review Team (CRT)
- Monitor the sales pipeline and strategic deal reviews
- Perform first-line reviews of deal submissions
- Coordinate the deal review process from start to finish
- Review deal structures to assess profitability, risk, and working capital impact
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to model pricing/profitability scenarios
- Track and manage supplier rebate programs
- Maintain documentation of deal decisions for auditability
- Maintain dashboards and reporting packages
- Recommend improvements to end-to-end deal submission process
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or other related quantitative discipline is required.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance, ideally with a focus on deal pricing/structure, data analytics, financial planning, or business intelligence.
- Experience in the technology or professional service sector; public company background preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and visualization tools (e.g., Einstein, Power BI, Tableau).
