About the role
- Serve as a Program Governance Team Member , with responsibilities for the overall health and performance of the Transformation Program, oversight, decision-making, and alignment to drive consistency across initiatives
- Provide transformation leadership and governance across programs and workstreams delivering back-office/services modernization
- Partner with internal technology teams and implementation partners in the delivery of large initiatives, ensuring alignment to desired outcomes
- Ensure requirements gathering is inclusive and comprehensive, and support the business in participating in sessions
- Influence the design of delivery, detailed execution, and communications frameworks and playbooks
- Provide thought leadership on the Professional Services Automation platform design, user experience, and solution optimization to enable adoption and long-term usability
- Optimize real-time visibility and performance management across practices, personas, and the management hierarchy
- Support the business in ensuring employees (at initial deployment and subsequent new hires) are empowered to use tools effectively through change management, training, and ongoing enhancement
- Define and lead the detailed post-deployment strategy, i.e., hyper care, proactive monitoring, staffing model, reporting, backlog prioritization
- Establish and lead the Certinia Governance team of business and functional leaders and SMEs
- Establish decision-making frameworks, prioritization models, and controls that enable agility while ensuring compliance, stability, and scalability
- Identify evolving needs and translate them into actionable platform and process improvements
- Partner closely with Certinia to identify and capitalize on vendor-recommended innovations while shaping their product roadmap to support evolving enterprise needs
- Drive the roadmap for post-deployment innovation , prioritizing new capabilities, automation opportunities, and AI-driven enhancements that deliver measurable business value
- Guide iterative releases and feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and service delivery objectives
- Foster a continuous feedback loop that balances innovation, user experience, and performance optimization
- Ensure realization of business case benefits , driving accountability for achieving the financial, operational, and experience outcomes committed to in the transformation business case
- Measure and communicate the impact of enhancements, demonstrating value realization through improved efficiency, user adoption, and customer outcomes
- Establish a disciplined value realization framework that measures progress against business case targets, enabling transparency and proactive course correction
- Partner with Finance, Business Operations, and Service leaders to quantify benefits, validate results, and integrate value tracking into enterprise performance reporting
- Translate program outcomes into measurable ROI , demonstrating sustained improvement in efficiency, scalability, and customer or employee experience
- Continuously optimize the value realization model , refining metrics, assumptions, and governance as new capabilities, data, and insights emerge
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in driving enterprise scale, technology-enabled business transformation or program governance
- Proven ability to establish governance structures and frameworks that ensure alignment, accountability, and disciplined delivery across transformation workstreams
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs involving ERP, PSA, CRM, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, aligning business, functional, IT, and executive stakeholders around shared goals and outcomes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills with a demonstrated ability to distill complex information for decision-making
- Experience developing and managing KPIs tied to utilization, margin improvement, adoption, and efficiency
- Experience managing or governing PSA or PPM platforms (e.g., Certinia, FinancialForce, Clarity, Planview, etc.)
