About the role
- Support a unique and innovative team-based culture
- Respond to routine employee questions and administer HR policies
- Plan for employee onboarding
- Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes
- Take ownership of projects and manage timelines
- Support HR Business Partners in maintaining employee records
- Manage employee departures and conduct exit interviews
- Coordinate training sessions
- Assist with recruiting efforts and benefits questions
- Assist with HR communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Human Resources major preferred)
- 2 years of related knowledge of HR policies and processes
- Minimum 5 years progressive work experience
- 1-2 years in an HR environment a plus
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite, Google Suite
- Ability to utilize pivot tables, formulas, and analyze excel data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- SHRM -CP or PHR certification preferred
