  • Support a unique and innovative team-based culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Human Resources major preferred)
  • 2 years of related knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • Minimum 5 years progressive work experience
  • 1-2 years in an HR environment a plus
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance
  • Strong experience with MS Office Suite, Google Suite
  • Ability to utilize pivot tables, formulas, and analyze excel data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • SHRM -CP or PHR certification preferred
