About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and define build and deployment pipelines for secure, reliable production releases
Lead the operation of pre-production and production cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to manage release flow from development to test and production
Define and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements
Provide day-to-day guidance, technical direction, and mentorship for team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles
Prior experience leading engineers, either formally or as a technical/team lead
Strong experience managing cloud-based infrastructure, preferably in Azure
Demonstrated expertise with Kubernetes
Strong experience with GitHub Actions
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprints, backlogs)
Experience managing certificates, secrets, and monitoring systems
