About the role

  • Join the team at Prescott’s, Inc. — where quality meets care.
  • Support Heartland Medical and Vetland Medical — subsidiaries of Prescott's, Inc.
  • Engage in conversation, acquire knowledge, and work manually.
  • Deliver on-site technical assistance, maintenance, and repairs for anesthesia machines.
  • Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and selling Capital equipment.
  • Address annual preventative maintenance and service requests for anesthesia equipment.
  • Troubleshoot in person or over the phone to minimize downtime.
  • Establish new relationships while maintaining existing business.
  • Drive to service calls, sales meetings and cold calls, involving 60% travel with overnights.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
  • - High School Diploma
  • - 1-3 years of experience required, training will be provided.
  • - Comfortable with manual and hand tools.
  • - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • - Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.
  • - Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • - Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • - Basic computer skills, familiar with diagnostic and maintenance software.
  • - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • - Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 40 pounds.
