• Du pflegst unsere Stammdaten und stellst sicher, dass alles aktuell und korrekt hinterlegt ist.
• Du übernimmst die operative Bestellabwicklung: Anlage von Lieferanten und Artikeln im ERP System, Erstellen von Bestellungen, Prüfen von PI/PO/SC.
• Du sorgst dafür, dass Verpackungen korrekt umgesetzt werden: Stanzvorlagen prüfen, intern mit dem Grafik-Team abstimmen, kontrollieren und an die Lieferanten weitergeben.
• Du betreust logistische Themen wie Bestandsplanung, Nachbestellungen von Bestandsartikeln, Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Dokumentenprüfung.
• Du erstellst Konformitätserklärungen und berechnest kalkulierte Einkaufspreise zur optimalen Kostenkontrolle.
• Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen, um Abläufe effizient und zuverlässig zu gestalten.

• You maintain our master data and ensure that all information is up to date and accurate.
• You handle operational order processing: creating suppliers and items in the ERP system, generating purchase orders, and checking PI/PO/SC.
• You ensure packaging is implemented correctly: review die-line templates, coordinate internally with the graphics team, inspect and forward to suppliers.
• You manage logistical topics such as inventory planning, reordering stock items, monitoring delivery dates, and verifying documents.
• You prepare declarations of conformity and calculate purchasing prices to ensure optimal cost control.
• You work closely with internal teams and external partners to design processes that are efficient and reliable.
