About the role
- Support, maintain, and optimize the Workday Financials system
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT stakeholders
- Provide best practice guidance and resolve system issues
- Configure and support Workday Finance modules
- Act as a primary point of contact for system troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Finance management and Subject Matter Experts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Six years of relevant experience may substitute for degree
- Workday Finance certification(s)
- Experience with healthcare ERP/EHR integrations (e.g., Workday with Epic)
- Familiarity with CMS reporting requirements and nonprofit finance standards
- Prior experience in healthcare organizations.
