Uses analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to support, maintain, and optimize the Workday Financials system
Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT stakeholders to ensure financial processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs
Provide best practice guidance, resolve system issues, and deliver solutions that support Presbyterian's mission
Provide consulting support to Finance stakeholders on Workday Financials functionality and optimization
Act as a primary point of contact for system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of Workday Finance issues
Configure and support Workday Finance modules
Advise Finance stakeholders on business process design possibilities, risks, and best practice solutions
Support partnership with PHS Analytics Organization by participating in defining and validating business requirements
Support Finance Information Systems through bi-annual and other Workday update releases
Proactively evaluates and recommends adoption of changes as they meet organizational needs
Evaluate and transform data from source systems
Contribute to the development of Functional Design Documents, Business Requirement Documents, and more
Work closely with Finance management, Subject Matter Experts, and IT Engineers
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Six years of relevant experience may substitute for degree
Workday Finance certification(s)
Experience with healthcare ERP/EHR integrations (e.g., Workday with Epic)
Familiarity with CMS reporting requirements and nonprofit finance standards
Prior experience in healthcare organizations
