Customer Support – Weekends (Working Student / Minijob)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support and advice to our existing customers on weekends
- Receive customer complaints and feedback and find satisfactory resolutions
- Ensure our customers can always rely on friendly and prompt assistance
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and develop measures to ensure long-term customer retention
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other departments to provide comprehensive customer care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and preferably also in English
- Strong empathy for customers and an understanding of their needs
- Team player with effective coordination skills across departments
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently and manage multiple customer inquiries
