About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze ongoing brand tracking studies across key regions, with regular deep dives into usage, attitudes, perceptions, and brand associations.
- Design and build quantitative research surveys from scratch, including questionnaire structure, logic, and sampling considerations.
- Program, test, and QA surveys using tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, or similar platforms.
- Work directly with raw survey data, performing crosstab analysis, segmentation, and deep exploratory analysis on large datasets.
- Identify patterns and trends in the data to generate insights that inform brand, marketing, and growth decisions.
- Prepare clear, insight-driven research reports, presentations, and visualizations tailored to different audiences.
- Translate complex analysis into simple, actionable takeaways and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand and Growth teams to ensure research answers real business questions.
- Partner with the UX Research team to connect market and brand insights with product discovery and roadmap decisions.
- Help improve research processes, templates, and analytical approaches to make insights more scalable and consistent.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in quantitative market research and analytics, either in-house or agency-side.
- Strong expertise in survey-based research, including questionnaire design, survey structure, sampling, and customer segmentation.
- High proficiency in Excel and quantitative analysis, with experience working directly from raw survey data.
- Proven ability to analyze surveys end-to-end and produce clear, insight-led reports with charts and visualizations.
- Experience with brand, marketing, or customer research, including brand tracking, segmentation, satisfaction survey and competitor analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify insights and opportunities from complex data.
- Experience working across international and multicultural markets.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with brand, growth, and product teams.
- High adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.
