About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build the systems, metrics, and governance that enable high-velocity, compliant growth
- Drive the growth and profitability roadmap, with deep visibility into ACV, GRR, NRR and unit economics
- Lead financial storytelling for B2B performance across board discussions, investment decisions, and pricing strategy
- Move FP&A from manual to predictive: introduce AI-powered tooling, automated variance analysis, and scalable reporting infrastructure
- Partner with Sales and RevOps on funnel economics, quota design, and incentive alignment
- Own the deal desk - balancing growth, discounting discipline, and legal compliance
- Maintain the right contract entities across global markets for tax efficiency and compliance
- Integrate Salesforce, ERP, and analytics systems into a single source of truth for B2B reporting
- Champion AI-native workflows - from prompt-driven analysis to automated data pipelines - to raise the team's analytical ceiling
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or enterprise GTM
- Deep fluency in B2B GTM metrics: CAC payback, ACV, GRR, NRR, pipeline velocity, magic ratio, gross margin
- Proven track record building financial infrastructure across GTM, Legal, Product, and Treasury
- Hands-on experience with deal desk, pricing, and AR management
- AI-native mindset: you actively use AI tools to accelerate analysis, build models, and automate reporting - not as a curiosity, but as a core part of how you work
- Strong communicator who can elevate cross-functional peers and translate financial complexity into decisions
- Comfortable building frameworks and executing fast in a globally distributed, high-growth environment
