Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience setting a clear multi-quarter direction for a highly technical domain
- Machine learning experience at large scale
- Fluency in machine learning and ability to work with technical teams
- Empathy for learners and tutors
- Comfort working with data and identifying patterns
- Experience shaping organizations’ approaches to complex technical domains
- Strong executive communication skills
- Solid foundation in A/B testing, experiment design, and interpreting results with rigor and nuance.
