About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with investigating tolling exceptions, identifying their causes, and categorizing them for billing.
- Enter dispute information manually or through system-assisted processes and research transactions based on established criteria.
- Perform extensive research and analysis using agency websites and customer communication follow-ups.
- Analyze transactions from multiple data sources to identify anomalies and potential patterns.
- Support processes and procedures related to disputes and agency reporting.
- Detect, document, and help correct quality issues.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by team leadership.
- Communicate actively with customers and agency representatives to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Communicate tactfully and professionally in challenging situations.
- Relay information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
- Experience using Microsoft Access required.
- Strong knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong understanding of basic computer programs and processes preferred.
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate tactfully in challenging situations.
- Ability to detect, document, and correct quality issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
