About the role

  • Engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Build rapport with prospects, identify customer needs, and communicate the value of PrePass services.
  • Address customer questions and provide clear, accurate information about products and services.
  • Collect and verify customer information to support sales activities and account setup.
  • Conduct research to better understand customer needs and provide informed responses.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer profiles in CRM systems.
  • Prepare standard reports related to customer engagement and sales activity.
  • Track and update sales progress and related account information.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and feedback.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 3–4 years of experience in phone-based sales roles.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales position.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an engaging phone presence.
  • Ability to manage objections, articulate value propositions, and build rapport with prospects.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
