About the role

  • **Essential Responsibilities**
  • **Product Ownership & Delivery**
  • - Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with product vision and business objectives.
  • - Understand customer operations and how our products can deliver value and help maximize operational efficiency.
  • - Prioritize features and stories within sprints to maximize customer value.
  • - Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, understood, and properly estimated.
  • - Facilitate sprint planning, discovery sessions, and translation of requirements into actionable user stories.
  • - Review and analyze product performance and present well researched ideas on how to improve customer experience
  • **Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**
  • - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure features meet customer needs and are delivered on schedule.
  • - Serve as a subject matter expert for the product domain and a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • - Partner with development, design, and QA teams to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • **Innovation & Continuous Improvement**
  • - Stay current with industry trends and Agile best practices to drive product innovation.
  • - Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experiences.

Requirements

  • **Qualifications**
  • - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • - 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • - Hands-on experience with business process and requirements analysis.
  • - Strong understanding of complex systems
  • - Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • - Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
  • - Familiarity with user-centered design principles
  • - Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without formal authority.
  • - Some travel may be required.
