Requirements

  • **Qualifications**
  • **Education and Experience**
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • - 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • **Technical Skills**
  • - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles.
  • - Experience designing and building APIs and RESTful services, with hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • - Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) and data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV.
  • - Experience working with middleware technologies and message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • - Experience supporting large-scale data sets and high-transaction systems.
  • **Leadership and Professional Skills**
  • - Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and lead engineering teams.
  • - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions.
