- **Team Leadership and Development**
- - Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.

- **Technical Architecture and Delivery**

- - Leverage APIs, cloud technologies, and modern development practices to build solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
- **Collaboration and Communication**
- - Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align on technical direction.
- - Collaborate with DevOps teams to support streamlined CI/CD pipelines and robust application monitoring.
- - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.

- - Maintain coding standards, system design principles, and adherence to enterprise security and compliance policies.
- - Document system designs, processes, and technical configurations to support knowledge sharing and future scalability.

- - Identify and act on opportunities to improve development processes, system performance, and reliability.

Requirements
- **Qualifications**
- **Education and Experience**
- - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- - 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- **Technical Skills**
- - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles.
- - Experience designing and building APIs and RESTful services, with hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- - Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) and data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV.
- - Experience working with middleware technologies and message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- - Experience supporting large-scale data sets and high-transaction systems.
- **Leadership and Professional Skills**
- - Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and lead engineering teams.
- - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions.
