About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing an enhanced scan
- Work closely with the sales and clinical teams to coordinate post-scheduling workflows
- Facilitate home lab draws by coordinating with third-party providers
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of additional reports including body composition analysis
- Monitor and track patient progress throughout the enhanced scan workflow
- Manage applications for the Provider Education Program
- Coordinate physician participants' scans and follow-up consultations
- Act as a liaison between patients, sales, and clinical teams
Requirements
- Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles (preferably in imaging, concierge medicine, or specialty healthcare)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working with sales and physician relations teams is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and medical record systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities
