About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help plan and coordinate events, activations, pop-ups, and partnership moments, including logistics, vendors, samples, RSVPs, and run-of-show
- Provide hands-on on-site support with setup, guest experience, sampling, and pack-down
- Track guest lists, deliveries, timelines, and other event details
- Capture photo and video content at events for social and community use
- Support coordination and administration for the events and community calendar
- Support the events and community team across activations, launches, partnerships, and day-to-day community engagement
- Help keep the community warm and responsive and capture moments that make IM8 feel alive
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in events, community, marketing, or brand
- Warm, people-first approach and ability to make others feel welcome
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
- Proactive approach and ability to identify and complete tasks independently
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong plus for local events and community
- Available to work on-site in Hong Kong, including occasional evening or weekend events
- Experience running a student club, society, or personal community/social account is nice to have
- Basic photo/video skills using a phone, Canva, or CapCut are nice to have
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness, or longevity is nice to have
