About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full kitting, pick-and-pack, and order fulfillment lifecycle across multiple SKUs and regions
Oversee workflows from component receipt through final shipment
Design and maintain structured workflows to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
Work directly with manufacturing partners to ensure product quality
Drive continuous improvement with manufacturing partners
Manage 3PL performance and develop detailed SOPs for logistics workflows
Design and execute inbound and outbound quality control protocols
Identify defects and implement long-term solutions
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Success, and Asia-based teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

End-to-end ownership credentials in kitting, pick-and-pack, and fulfillment operations
Experience with manufacturing and 3PL
Hands-on experience training 3PL partners and enforcing SOPs
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP systems
Familiarity with AI or automation tools applied to logistics workflows
Exceptional organizational and communication skills across global teams
Willingness to travel up to 50%
