• Testing and maintaining the RO
• Overseeing that the production QAF’s are being filled out and adhered to
• Policing GMP policies
• Quarterly CFR testing for bottles and closures
• Performing daily and quarterly micros
• Performing quality checks and calibrations
• Maintaining quality forms
• Performing daily Plant checks/walkthrough checking QAF and cleanliness
• Writing Process deviations and Defective Material Reports
• Overseeing corrective actions
