Quality Assurance Technician
Premium Waters Inc.Quality Assurance Technician conducting testing and analysis for bottled water at Premium Waters. Responsible for quality checks, GMP adherence, and ensuring product safety standards.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducting micro testing, wet chemical analysis of water
- Testing and maintaining the RO
- Overseeing that the production QAF’s are being filled out and adhered to
- Policing GMP policies
- Quarterly CFR testing for bottles and closures
- Performing daily and quarterly micros
- Performing quality checks and calibrations
- Maintaining quality forms
- Performing daily Plant checks/walkthrough checking QAF and cleanliness
- Writing Process deviations and Defective Material Reports
- Overseeing corrective actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent, undergraduate degree preferred
- Food, beverage, or liquid consumer product manufacturing a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Functional Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
