About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute and optimize performance- and growth-oriented multichannel CRM campaigns;
  • Develop, maintain and evolve relationship automations, automated flows and personalized customer journeys focused on conversion, retention and repeat purchases;
  • Manage the full lifecycle of CRM initiatives, ensuring direct impact on the business's strategic KPIs;
  • Create and manage advanced segmentations based on behavioral, transactional and customer lifecycle data;
  • Monitor and analyze key indicators (conversion, retention, LTV, churn, CAC, ROI), turning data into insights and actionable plans;
  • Run A/B tests, experiments and continuous hypothesis validation aimed at incremental and scalable performance gains;
  • Manage the database and evolve growth strategies for the loyalty program, defining engagement actions, segmentation, benefits and mechanics that drive retention, purchase frequency, average ticket and LTV;
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns and communications integrated with the loyalty program;
  • Evaluate loyalty program performance using KPIs such as enrollment, activation, engagement, recurrence, LTV and churn;
  • Serve as a technical reference in CRM, growth and loyalty;
  • Orchestrate deliverables with internal teams, product, technology and external partners;
  • Anticipate opportunities for growth, efficiency and monetization of the customer base;
  • Oversee CRM, automation and data platforms to ensure performance, scalability and strategic use.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields;
  • Solid experience in CRM, marketing automation and growth strategies;
  • Practical knowledge of loyalty programs, engagement strategies and retention models;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Office Suite and Marketing Cloud is required;
  • Experience with BI tools;
  • Preferred: knowledge of SQL, AI, English and postgraduate studies in the field;
  • Availability to work on-site;
  • Must reside in São Paulo/SP.
