About the role
- Generate fixed operations sales and drive parts, service and collision center growth.
- Develop a high-performing fixed operations sales team and devise effective sales strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan in collaboration with Department Managers.
- Manage the Aftermarket Sales Team to meet business objectives and achieve sales/profit quotas.
- Promote Premier Truck Group parts, service, and collision center capabilities to current and prospective customers.
- Conduct data analysis and collect performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Work cohesively with all departments to ensure profitability and efficiency of operations.
- Continually improve department sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in day-to-day sales efforts alongside the sales staff.
- Achieve dealership and company financial objectives through strategic leadership.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum of three years of dealership experience.
- Proven track record in sales and supervisory roles.
- Exceptional sales and customer relations experience required.
