Collections

• Responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base
• Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
• Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
• Resolving client-billing problems and rescuing accounts receivable delinquency
• Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
• Identifying issues attributing to account delinquency and discussing them with management
• Reviewing and monitoring assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports
• Providing timely follow-up on payment arrangements
• Sending email correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts
• Faxes documents to accounts and follows up
