About the role
- Accept, log and submit credit applications.
- Administer and sell finance and insurance products.
- Create customer and insurance files and paperwork.
- Administer finance and insurance reserves.
- Manage accounting, checks, refunds, and wire transfers.
- Administer all titles and MSO’s in addition to truck files.
- Create truck sales paperwork and submit paperwork to financial sources.
- Maintain monthly sales and statistic reports for the accounting department and appropriate management.
- Quote payments and payoffs on trade trucks.
- Administer sales programs available and provide information to the sales force.
- Create approval or rejection slips for salespersons and management.
- Manage truck receivables and A/P temporary schedule which applies to insurance receivables.
- Maintain positive communications/relationships with finance and insurance representatives.
- Responsible for keeping the F&I Department current with State and Federal finance and insurance regulations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in credit, financing and insurance is preferred.
- Combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Insurance License (Credit Life and Property Casualty) is required.
