About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create value through meaningful client interactions, data analytics and insights, and team participation in the Women’s and Children’s Collaboratives
  • Support delivery of forums for sharing best practices, including site assessments, member meetings, educational sessions, and Premier platforms
  • Obtain data, conduct or oversee analyses, interpret findings, and prepare verbal and graphic presentations
  • Perform quality assurance on assigned collaborative deliverables
  • Contribute content and share best practices with members
  • Determine member needs through discussions and analytical methods
  • Summarize analytical findings and develop accurate conclusions
  • Draft recommendations and potential solutions for collaborative leadership review
  • Execute project plans in accordance with collaborative contracts and member satisfaction objectives
  • Develop presentations and deliverables communicating improvement areas and outcomes
  • Participate in project management activities for the assigned work stream
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues with the project leadership team
  • Learn Premier-based technologies and services
  • Identify market opportunities and communicate potential leads to managers
  • Contribute to thought leadership, including blogs, posters, and industry-event presentations
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability
  • Complete required annual training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 or more years of applicable experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in health systems finance, clinical/support/operations, operational or strategic consulting, strategic planning, or decision support analytics
  • Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis
  • Experience developing new methodologies and applying strategic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences
  • Ability to conduct analyses and oversee or mentor others in client deliverables
  • Ability to relate effectively and collaboratively to clients and team members
  • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes
  • Lean process improvement knowledge; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt experience
  • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to operate computer programs and software
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
