About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with engagement teams to determine client needs and deliver performance improvement for women and infants collaborative
- Analyze and interpret data, form initial recommendations, and assist with implementing improvements
- Participate in engagement activities including issue identification, hypothesis formation, planning, interviews, analysis, synthesis, conclusions, deliverables, and change implementation
- Provide input and support for team deliverables and presentations throughout project phases
- Oversee Analyst work when requested
- Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects
- Participate in practice development and approved educational activities
- Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models based on Premier and client needs
- Lead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools
- Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses
- Obtain data, direct or oversee analyses, interpret findings, and prepare verbal and graphic presentations
- Summarize analytical findings, develop conclusions, and draft recommendations for leadership review
- Execute project plans according to statements of work and client expectations
- Develop client presentations and deliverables communicating strategy and outcomes
- Conduct assigned analyses, prepare reports, and assist clients with implementing changes
- Identify and communicate potential market opportunities and leads
- Learn Premier technologies and services and complete required annual training
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 or more years of applicable experience
- High School education required
- Bachelor’s degree listed as a preferred qualification
- Awareness of market trends, competitor activities, negotiation, sales-closing approaches, networking, clients, and the healthcare industry
- Understanding of risk management practices and ability to identify, communicate, and respond to risks and issues
- Ability to gather and research data using common tools and analytical methods
- Experience with statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab
- Advanced Excel skills
- Tableau and business intelligence experience
- Strong analytical skills
- SQL skills preferred
- Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt knowledge for analytics-focused roles
- Experience in healthcare, business, or finance
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare performance management
- Demonstrated capability to lead and show value from efforts
- Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets and developing visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis
- Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving
- Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods
- Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines
