Requirements

7 or more years of applicable experience
Bachelor's degree (Required)
Coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written)
Ability to oversee, quality assure analytics and mentor others
Ability to relate to clients and team members
Ability to lead work groups
Demonstrated depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise (i.e., Subject Matter Expert)
Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations
Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics
Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Master’s Degree; RN or other professional license; PMP/Lean Certification
