About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver consulting services while supervising, mentoring, and developing staff
- Provide leadership by driving engagement results and managing client relationships
- Oversee development of client deliverables and solutions
- Manage risks and issues, project logistics and economics
- Support business development opportunities
- Create value through meaningful client relationship management
- Execute/direct/oversee data analyses and presentations
- Perform quality assurance on project deliverables
- Participate in risk and issue identification and mitigation
- Identify opportunities for add-on sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7 or more years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written)
- Ability to oversee, quality assure analytics and mentor others
- Ability to relate to clients and team members
- Ability to lead work groups
- Demonstrated depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise (i.e., Subject Matter Expert)
- Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations
- Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics
- Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Master’s Degree; RN or other professional license; PMP/Lean Certification
