About the role
- Drive improved revenue cycle for the continuum of care business unit
- Increase revenue and decrease time to revenue by improving the pharmacy contract connectivity process
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all operational processes
- Lead a team of motivated professionals
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Lead day-to-day operations of pharmacy GPO programs
- Communicate results to Continuum of Care leadership team
- Develop, execute, and lead complex action plans
- Monitor key performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage contract connection lifecycle processes
- Drive efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements
- Collaborate with sales, contracting, finance, and IT teams
- Manage and mentor team of pharmacy analysts
Requirements
- 7 or more years of applicable experience
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Expertise in GPO Operations, pharmacy contracting, supply chain or healthcare distribution
- Expertise in contract implementation and pricing validation
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy distribution models, GPO contract structures, and supplier/distributor relationships
- Proven ability to lead operational teams and manage complex workflows
- Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
