Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in building and overseeing the execution of strategies for sales, relationship management, and delivery processes for Advisory Services.
Generate sales and manage the service-line.
Oversee teams performing billable work for clients.
Provide leadership by driving service-line results, managing client relationships, and supporting business development opportunities.
Deliver consulting services while supervising and mentoring staff.
Lead sales and business development activities including sales calls, RFP responses, and statements of work preparation.
Collaborate with and develop strong client relationships across all levels of client organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

12 or more years of experience
Bachelor's degree (Required)
Proven ability to sell or to close professional services work
Coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences to communicate project outcomes, recommendations, and strategy
Ability to oversee, quality assure analytics and oversee and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables
Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner
Ability to mentor and grow team members within the Practice
Ability to lead teams to successful outcomes
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience in thought leadership and publishing
Master’s Degree preferred
