About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in building and overseeing the execution of strategies for sales, relationship management, and delivery processes for Advisory Services.
- Generate sales and manage the service-line.
- Oversee teams performing billable work for clients.
- Provide leadership by driving service-line results, managing client relationships, and supporting business development opportunities.
- Deliver consulting services while supervising and mentoring staff.
- Lead sales and business development activities including sales calls, RFP responses, and statements of work preparation.
- Collaborate with and develop strong client relationships across all levels of client organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12 or more years of experience
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Proven ability to sell or to close professional services work
- Coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences to communicate project outcomes, recommendations, and strategy
- Ability to oversee, quality assure analytics and oversee and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables
- Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner
- Ability to mentor and grow team members within the Practice
- Ability to lead teams to successful outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in thought leadership and publishing
- Master’s Degree preferred
