About the role

  • Assist in building and overseeing the execution of strategies for sales, relationship management, and delivery processes for Advisory Services.
  • Generate sales and manage the service-line.
  • Oversee teams performing billable work for clients.
  • Provide leadership by driving service-line results, managing client relationships, and supporting business development opportunities.
  • Deliver consulting services while supervising and mentoring staff.
  • Lead sales and business development activities including sales calls, RFP responses, and statements of work preparation.
  • Collaborate with and develop strong client relationships across all levels of client organization.

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • Proven ability to sell or to close professional services work
  • Coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences to communicate project outcomes, recommendations, and strategy
  • Ability to oversee, quality assure analytics and oversee and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables
  • Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner
  • Ability to mentor and grow team members within the Practice
  • Ability to lead teams to successful outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in thought leadership and publishing
  • Master’s Degree preferred
