About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the creditor's rights practice
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state guidelines
  • Manage case strategy, litigation oversight, and court appearances
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through communication and delivery of high-quality legal services
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, deadlines, and operational metrics
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on budgeting and business development
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Review and approve pleadings, motions, and legal analyses
  • Stay current on changes in creditor's rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and consumer protection laws

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in creditor's rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related civil litigation practice
  • Prior management or supervisory experience leading attorneys and legal support staff
  • Proven track record of operational leadership, client relationship management, and strategic decision-making
  • Extensive knowledge of creditor's rights law, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, collections, and related litigation
  • Experience managing high-volume legal operations and workflow systems
  • Litigation management experience, including case strategy, motion practice, hearings, and settlement negotiations
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of state and federal laws affecting creditors' rights practices
