About the role
- The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments
- Perform general office duties including emailing, copying, faxing, tracking incoming mail, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a professional and inviting atmosphere
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Imaging and distribution of documents
- May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals
- May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, training or certification
- Experience with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skill with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and attorney interactions
- Attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and commitment supporting a collaborative team environment
- Previous experience in an office environment
