Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our employees’ developmental programs.
Update and design development programs using best practices to improve effectiveness.
Develop and facilitate impactful presentations and initiatives in collaboration with business leaders.
Determine methods for evaluating the effectiveness of development initiatives.
Collaborate with leaders to assess and identify essential skills for success at Premera.
Combine knowledge of adult learning principles with diverse perspectives for innovative activities.
Leverage expert facilitation skills in virtual and hybrid environments.
Develop impact measurements demonstrating gains from learning experiences.
Participate in or provide support for relevant new initiatives as they arise.
