About the role

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — with a focus on outbound sales.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in event tech, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Proven track record as an Outbound Account Executive or in a similar sales capacity.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments (a plus).
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership with a goal-driven attitude.
