About the role
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — with a focus on outbound sales.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in event tech, SaaS, or related industries.
- Proven track record as an Outbound Account Executive or in a similar sales capacity.
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments (a plus).
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong sense of ownership with a goal-driven attitude.
