About the role
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns, with an emphasis on paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with growth objectives
- Optimization & Testing: Refine campaigns through A/B tests, targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution
- Performance Reporting: Measure and analyze campaign impact on conversion, pipeline, and revenue; build dashboards and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with sales and product to align campaigns with ICP, messaging, and go-to-market priorities
- Creative Development: Collaborate with content and design resources to produce compelling ad copy, landing pages, and supporting collateral
- Growth Experimentation: Explore new tactics, tools, and channels to uncover scalable growth opportunities
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
- Hands-on expertise with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and proven success optimizing campaigns for CPA, CAC, and ROI
- Strong reporting and operations mindset; comfortable with data analysis, attribution modeling, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience creating and interpreting dashboards in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with marketing automation and enablement platforms, namely HubSpot and Clay
