About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM/Sales roles including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and closing candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring criteria, and move searches forward with speed and precision.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Origin, by creating a warm, professional, and memorable candidate experience at every stage.
- Keep our ATS (Ashby) accurate and up to date, ensuring hiring data and candidate communications are timely and well-documented.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
- Partner with the People & Operations team on employer branding, job postings, and process improvements as we scale.
- Collaborate with the HR Coordinator to ensure a seamless handoff from offer acceptance through onboarding.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience hiring across both technical and GTM/Sales roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building pipelines from scratch.
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously without sacrificing quality or responsiveness.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, remote environment with a high degree of ownership.
- Familiarity with Ashby or other ATS platforms and recruiting workflows.
