About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the spark that gets companies excited about our product.
  • You’ll be reaching out to prospects across every level - from procurement managers and lead engineers to heads of anti-fraud, platform owners, CTOs, CPOs, and even CEOs.
  • Your day to day will involve:
  • Igniting new sales opportunities for Prelude
  • Identifying companies and people to target within your verticals/territories
  • Cold calling and emailing as well as experimenting with other channels to find new leads
  • Qualifying leads and pitching Prelude's value proposition
  • Closing smaller deals independently
  • Improving processes as we scale our business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within SaaS
  • Proactive mindset with a relentless drive to start conversations, build momentum, and close deals
  • You know your way around HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Phantombuster, or Kaspr
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and a great team player
  • Excited to contribute to a mission-driven, fast-growing venture
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn by doing and ask questions
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
