About the role
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound demand, events, and partnerships.
- Lead discovery and tailored product demos that clearly articulate Prelude’s value across continuous control monitoring, control health, and validation workflows.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through negotiation and close, maintaining accurate forecasting.
- Partner closely with Technical Account Managers on deep-dive demos, trials, integrations, and onboarding.
- Establish strong, trusted relationships with champions and executive sponsors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or adjacent technical markets.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quota in a consultative, solution-oriented sales environment.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts, detections, telemetry, integrations, policies, and cloud or endpoint controls, to both technical and executive audiences.
- High-ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.
- Experience collaborating closely with technical, GTM, and marketing teams to support onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success.
