About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, manage, assume accountability, and serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned accounts, sales projects and sales tasks
  • Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and expand services within your assigned accounts
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions and strategic guidance
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and effective execution of proposed projects
  • Prepare strategic plans regarding daily activities, customer contact and structure of calls and appointments and follow-up
  • Monitor account performance, track appropriate metrics and report on progress to internal stakeholders
  • Manage deals and contacts in Pref-Tech’s CRM
  • Prepare proposals and estimates with detailed scopes of work and accurate pricing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing enterprise accounts
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing relationships at the C Suite level
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating security estimates, proposals, and designs
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 software tools
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
