Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, manage, assume accountability, and serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned accounts, sales projects and sales tasks
- Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and expand services within your assigned accounts
- Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions and strategic guidance
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and effective execution of proposed projects
- Prepare strategic plans regarding daily activities, customer contact and structure of calls and appointments and follow-up
- Monitor account performance, track appropriate metrics and report on progress to internal stakeholders
- Manage deals and contacts in Pref-Tech’s CRM
- Prepare proposals and estimates with detailed scopes of work and accurate pricing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing enterprise accounts
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing relationships at the C Suite level
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating security estimates, proposals, and designs
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 software tools
- Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
