About the role
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms and properties.
- Lead messaging strategy for resident communications, corporate initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across signage, digital assets, and onsite experiences.
- Own copywriting for resident messaging, social media, corporate communications, and digital platforms.
- Manage content across internal platforms including Asana, Jostle, Engage, and SharePoint.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to internal designers and external partners.
- Guide social media strategy and execution in alignment with brand goals.
- Lead branding efforts for property-level experiences including signage, branded materials, and resident touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, or marketing communications.
- Experience in multifamily or property management marketing strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles and creative production workflows.
- Familiarity with internal communication platforms (Asana, Box, Jostle, Engage, SharePoint).
- Experience with signage and wayfinding
