Brand Manager

• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms and properties.
• Lead messaging strategy for resident communications, corporate initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across signage, digital assets, and onsite experiences.
• Own copywriting for resident messaging, social media, corporate communications, and digital platforms.
• Manage content across internal platforms including Asana, Jostle, Engage, and SharePoint.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to internal designers and external partners.
• Guide social media strategy and execution in alignment with brand goals.
• Lead branding efforts for property-level experiences including signage, branded materials, and resident touchpoints.
