About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Solutions Engineering team
- Coach and scale processes
- Drive strategic, value-driven engagements from pre-sales to customer onboarding
- Own the customer onboarding process end-to-end
- Partner with the CTO for technical delivery
- Make decisions clearly and hold the team accountable
- Identify gaps in processes and propose solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer
- Management experience with direct reports
- Proven success guiding enterprise customers through pre-sales evaluations, onboarding, and scale
- API and data fluency
- Practical experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Azure, or Snowflake
- Python experience
- Communication that lands equally well with a C-suite or an engineering team
- Decisive and direct
