Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Solutions Engineering team
Coach and scale processes
Drive strategic, value-driven engagements from pre-sales to customer onboarding
Own the customer onboarding process end-to-end
Partner with the CTO for technical delivery
Make decisions clearly and hold the team accountable
Identify gaps in processes and propose solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer
Management experience with direct reports
Proven success guiding enterprise customers through pre-sales evaluations, onboarding, and scale
API and data fluency
Practical experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Azure, or Snowflake
Python experience
Communication that lands equally well with a C-suite or an engineering team
Decisive and direct
