About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruiting (~60%) Own the entire recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing to offer, across all open roles
  • Build and run social recruiting campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, community channels)
  • Screen and qualify applicants and manage the applicant pipeline
  • Coordinate interview processes with the founders (A-Player interview framework)
  • Track recruiting KPIs and optimize conversion at each funnel stage
  • Proactively source candidates: direct outreach, referrals, and network activation
  • Content operations (~25%) Manage the content pipeline across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Coordinate production with external partners and freelancers
  • Support founder-led content — scripting, scheduling, distribution
  • Strategic projects (~15%) Drive internal initiatives from ideation to completion
  • Support and document founder strategy sessions
  • Build project documentation and tracking systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Exceptional track record in some area: academics, sports, startup, consulting, or a side project that actually worked
  • You are athletic and take your physical fitness and health very seriously
  • You think in systems and outcomes, not tasks and hours — 80/20 instinctively
  • Strong practical judgment

  • Fluent in English and German
