Account Executive

• You’ll start as a Pipeline Rep (aka Opener) with a single mission: generate pipeline.
• You’ll convert warm responses daily from PREDICT OS — our proprietary AI system for signal-based outbound.
• You’ll run active outbound hunting via email, LinkedIn (or phone if that suits you).
• You’ll book discovery calls and earn uncapped commission for them.
• You’ll shadow our CEO in meetings and receive direct coaching.
• You’ll learn, learn, learn.
• Top performers have a clear career path:
• 6 months of strong performance = you become a Discovery Rep (aka Setter)
• 6 months of top performance there = you become a Closer and earn significant income
• Even if you stay an Opener and put in the work, you can and will make €100k+ in your first year with us.
